HEIRARCHY OF CORRUPTION

The other day I had gone to the A.G OFFICE (popularly known as the “NAU TALLA” a 9 storied building) where all official works are undertaken with my father as he had some work over there accompanied by one of his colleagues.
We People like a herd were moving along the stair case. The walls were all decorated by Betle spits. Barring 2-3 every one were chewing paan like a cow chewing a bunch of grass. Finally we reach the 5th floor; on reaching there it feels like I have climbed to the Everest tip. Papa told me to wait there till he returns. My father was withdrawing some money from his G.P.F. account, I guess for buying something. I wonder if I could get a new mobile, though it is had to get a shit out of my papa.
As I waited there I watch more people, more paan chewing people and to my surprise a person was selling paan (cigarettes and other forms of tobacco) in the 5th floor just opposite to a cabin with a wooden name plate addressing something MISHRA, IFS-1 blah….. . I was all surprised by seeing a people selling paan in the 5th floor and that to in front of a state civil servant. Incredible INDIA indeed!
It was almost 30 minutes of a brain storming wait which was testing my patience by that time my papa came hurriedly which bring a shy of relief in me but again turned down when he handed me two thousand rupee note and told me to bring change from the ground floor . To bring change from the ground floor was like start the “Everest mission again”. Ram spent 14 years by the order and brought the change as directed (twenty of hundreds).
My papa again entered the room as I started to hovering, the more I hover the more was the smell of paan followed me. Again my papa came up with a person with big belly not to mention about his hips and not to my surprise he was also chewing paan. He was talking slowly with my papa about something something… AH! My audibility is not that good. Then he opened his diary and something and immediately my papa entered all change I had a brought climbing the Everest. Though my audibility was not that good but my visibility was  all of a sudden I understand that it was nothing but giving bribery ”hey bhagbaan yeh din dikhana tha”.All day power packed by surprises .
Suddenly the person’s smile get wider and he assure my father that all works will be done in due time followed by a warm handshake that means end of my waiting period. Thanks god!
When I ask papa about all that and the answer was also a surprise for me that every person do the same nor hey have to climb the Everest thousand times (OH THAT’S MEAN @ BUCKS FOR EVERY CLIMB HMMMM… cost-effective indeed ) .
When I reach home with the realization that every person in this country are either doers or victims of CORRUPTION if 2-3 left behind they feel very unlucky.
People willing to buy degree or job on the cost of some money  leaving the qualified behind and the person who does this will surely  want to extract all the bucks he had spend for his valuable education or job.
People say that CORRUPTION is in our blood it cant be up rooted plenty of he and cry but it is still exists at the heart of every citizen of India and became a industry it self.
So will it be wise to blame the government or THE kalmadi committee for the CWG mess. Although MOTHER INDIA has witnessed its sons being exploited by a single person (BE it R.R Raju or Koda”THE MADHU KODA”), who take away thousands of crores money and deposit them into the swiss bank to fuel their future progeny leaving the people cry CORRUPTION CORRUPTION.
CORRUPTION remains an unsolved mystery till now. Some of the dossier that I have formulated to fight against CORRUPTION are
                1. Set up a public forum (non government) where one can file any sort of complains about the CORRUPTION. On the basis of some factual data which can be on the later part can be investigated and brought to public notice.

      2. Make full use of the R.T.I. act 2005 to gather maximum data and can make the Bureaucrat More accountable and transparent.

                3. At the lower level people should be educated through the the NGOs  about the CORRUPTION.
Which can bring us the change .change where no CORRUPTION exists, change where our children can breathe ease, change where talent prioritize money, change where people regarded equally then only we can see a better world not in only in terms of higher digits f growth but a well sociable place to live upon or else we need a MUNNA BHAI-CIRCUIT  pair to solve all the problems or else we can board the same train where all were travelling yes “TRAIN OF CORRUPTION ”.
In the intrigue of my thought process suddenly I felt my phone ringing; papa was on the phone he was telling me to buy a new mobile. My papa was sounding like giving me bribe. No papa my mobile was working properly I nee not to buy another one.
